Yeah, Macs can probably do more with design, inherently. <BR/><BR/>But PCs aren't so dummy-proof. In other words, they give some credit to the user. I can drill into My Computer, a setting I love, and make significant changes. <BR/><BR/>I guess the settling factor is the work deliverable.
